How often will I need to see you?

It depends; on you, your symptoms, your schedule, and your effort. And how motivated and consistent you are with your movement plan. It could be once a week, a couple times a month, once a month, or even a one-time visit to get you on the right track. Know that I am here for you whenever you may need. You will have access to me via call, text, or email for any questions that may arise.
